Protected materials include sermons, teaching outlines, devotionals, courses, ministry names, program structures, worship and music content, recordings, broadcasts, podcasts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, event formats, publications, volunteer resources, databases, website copy, software concepts, prompts, workflows, and proprietary ministry systems.

Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. No use may imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, ordination, credentialing, or authorization without written consent.

AI output may contain errors and remains subject to human oversight. AI does not replace Scripture, pastoral judgment, prayer, safeguarding review, or qualified professional care. Church content and user submissions may not be extracted or used to train third-party AI systems without authorization or a lawful basis.
Registrations and information concerning children should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or properly authorized adult. Safeguarding records may require restricted access and lawful retention. Donation information is used for processing, receipts, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal reporting. Prayer or pastoral-care submissions are treated respectfully but should not include emergency information; anyone facing immediate danger should contact emergency services.
